I approach every campaign with a structured, results-driven process. By breaking ideas into clear steps and aligning teams early, I ensure that every piece of content has purpose, creativity, and measurable impact. My focus is on combining strategy with execution—backed by testing, data, and continuous optimization.

1.Break every campaign into Core Idea → Formats → Channels before looping in teams 


2.I write creative briefs that include:

     Purpose of the content (awareness/lead-gen/sales)

        Hook angle and content tone reference 

        Visual mood boards or benchmarks 

        Final KPIs

MICRO EXAMPLE


In our March 2025 webinar campaign, I reworked an underperforming video ad by refining the hook and shifting the script tone to focus more on what the audience would feel and gain. We tested multiple call-to-actions (lead form, website, WhatsApp) across versions—and based on past campaign performance, WhatsApp messages brought the highest engagement. As a result, we achieved a 1.46% CTR, 142 leads, and improved hook retention—while keeping the cost per lead low at ₹9.27.
